Senior Accountant/CPA

Salary: $48K - $55K
Principal Activities:
Assist in preparation of month-end financial close in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Responsible for preparing and posting general ledger activity and adjusting journal entries. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows.

This position requires a B.S. in Accounting and 3+ years experience, CPA, Keen understanding of Financial and Accounting processes, including GAAP compliance, Must be proficient with Excel and have working knowledge of accounting software.

Senior Staff Accountant

Salary: $40K - $50K
Principal Activities:
The Senior Staff Accountant plays a key roll in assisting in the preparation of month-end financial close in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. This new position is also responsible for preparing and posting general ledger activity and adjusting journal entries. Prepares and reviews financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows. Prepares financial Flash reports on a monthly basis coordinated with the close process. Maintains chart of accounts and report structure within general ledger. Communicates with various Department Heads, Directors, Vice Presidents to coordinate receipt of financial information timely. Assist the Accounting Manager with special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:
B.S. in Accounting and 3+ years experience
Keen understanding of Financial and Accounting processes, including GAAP compliance
Must be proficient with Excel and have working knowledge of accounting General Ledger software.
CPA or CPA candidate desired but not required.

Financial Analyst

Salary in the $55-70 K range.
Principal Activities:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with top officers of the Company on long range financial and stategic initiatives. Reports to the Dir of Stratigic Planning (Ari)

This position will interpret and implement complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties:

Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations. Analyze financial information to determine financial performance. Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records and financial statements. Recommend, implements and update reporting metrics. Prepares studies, reports and analyses in financial areas. Interprets and applies corporate financial policies, government legislation and accounting theory. Will establish database of pertinent information while tracking performance of various test programs. Coordinates and assists the Director of Strategic Planning in various financial developments.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have an MBA with 1-2 years experience in strategic planning along with corporate finance experience. Retail financial experience is desired along with Operational and Corporate experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.

Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Salary in the $48-55K range.
Principal Activities:
The successful candidate will have experience developing, interpreting and implementing sourcing strategies for a wide range of products purchased including capital and expense materials, equipment and services.

This position represents a rare opportunity for an experienced individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration along with 1-2 years of finance or purchasing experience and a deep business knowledge. Successful candidates will also have strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Esourcing, Epurchasing and experience in project or contract management.

Senior Accountant: (RI)

Salary to $50,000, may flex for the right candidate.
The position consists of financial reporting, analyzing rations and analyzing balance sheet items. Strong benefits and strong opportunities for growth within the Organization. Position will be located in northern, RI.

Sr. Treasury Analyst - Will pay $60k- $80k salary + bonus - requires someone with strong treasury background, preferably in an international environment.

Accounting Manager - Will pay to $90k + bonus. Strong preference for CPA who spent a couple years or so in public accounting, and is currently in an Accounting Supervisor or Manager role in a mid-size or large size company. Needs to be promotable to the Director level someday. Needs previous supervisory experience. Industry experience is not too important, although retail would be a plus.

Sr. Financial Analyst. Will pay to $80k + bonus. Requires someone directly out of public accounting; someone with a public/private mix; or someone who is currently in an accounting/financial analyst type role with a large manufacturing company. Requires someone who is familiar with the manufacturing industry.
Financial Analyst that will pay to $65k + bonus. This positions reports to the Finance Manager. They are looking for someone who is promotable in the future, and someone with 2-4 years of accounting/finance experience, and familiar with the manufacturing industry. Will look at people directly out of public accounting.

Public Accounting (Audit and Tax opportunities at the Senior through Manager level)

Searching for numerous Audit positions (will get more defined jobs by end of week), and they are at the Senior (pay to $70k salary range); Supervisors (pay to $85k salary range) and Managers (pay to $100k salary range)

Fee Income Manager, which is a statistics/analysis role, where they want someone who has data analysis/statistical analysis experience; regression modeling experience preferred. You would find this experience in financial services or insurance industries,,,,,maybe some other industries as well. Will pay in the $70k-$85k salary range.

Inventory Accounting Manager (paying to the $85k salary range + bonus). Inventory/Cost experience in a large, international manufacturing environment. Located in southern MA with a billion dollar high tech manufacturing company. Oracle ERP would be a plus, but not required.
