Senior Financial Analyst - Salary probably to the $85k range + bonus potential. Would prefer someone directly out of public accounting or someone with public accounting experience, but would also consider a MBA who has been working in a financial analyst role with a large manufacturing company. Would prefer to find someone who has been working on finance related projects with Senior Management level (someone who has worked with CFO's and Controllers analyzing their financials, etc.... budgets/forecasts, etc....)

Accounting Manager - - Salary to $90k + bonus (to 10%). Will supervise a staff of 5 accountants (2 Staff and 3 Senior Accountants). Person should have strong supervisory/mentoring skills in a large company environment. Should also have strong GAAP and financial reporting skills. CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required. Mid to large company experience is preferred.

Sr. Accountant - Salary to low $60ks (no bonus) - Looking for atleast 3+ years of general accounting experience. MBA or CPA a plus, but not required. Position will be hands-on with the G/L close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, analyzing P&L's, etc....

Inventory Accounting Supervisor/Manager - Will pay in the $50k-$70k salary range base on level of exprience. If Manager level candidate, will also pay a bonus (to 10% range). Looking for someone with atleast 4+ years of inventory accounting experience (inventory reconciliations, gross margin analysis). The Director of Accounting doesn't really have a preference for particular industry experience, but someone out of Retail would probably be ideal.

Staff Accountant - Will pay to $39k. Flexible on industry experience and looking for 1-2 years of general accounting type exposure (reconciliations, journal entries).

Financial Reporting Manager - Will pay to $100k + bonus. Requires 4+ years of experience with strong SEC reporting experience. Would prefer candidates with Big 4 CPA experience. Would consider a manager level candidate directly out of public accounting.

Portfolio Administrator - Will pay to $60k. Looking for atleast 4 years of accounting experience, with strong administrative skills/experience in their background as well.

Partnership Accountant - Will pay to low $60ks + bonus (12% range). Looking for atleast 3 years of experience with a regional CPA firm with strong partnership accounting/tax experience. Will also consider candidates coming out of an Accounting role in a partnership structure environment (i.e. Real Estate, Law Firm, etc....) Retained Search.

Senior Accountant - Will pay to $60k - Looking for candidates with atleast 4 years of general accounting experience, and manufacturing industry experience is required.

Sr. Tax Analyst - Will probably pay to $70k (no bonus). Looking for someone with atleast 3 years of federal and state tax compliance experience, with a strong focus on tax reporting systems. CPA or MST is preferred.
