Senior Accountant/CPA
Salary: $74K - $80K
Principal Activities:
Assist in preparation of month-end financial close in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Responsible for preparing and posting general ledger activity and adjusting journal entries. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows.

This position requires a B.S. in Accounting and 3+ years experience, CPA, Keen understanding of Financial and Accounting processes, including GAAP compliance, Must be proficient with Excel and have working knowledge of accounting software.

Senior Accountant: (RI)
Salary to $50,000, may flex for the right candidate.
The position consists of financial reporting, analyzing rations and analyzing balance sheet items. Strong benefits and strong opportunities for growth within the Organization. Position will be located in northern, RI.

Manager of Accounts Payable
Serves as the financial control point person for accounting transactions. Specific areas of responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening of financial controls and procedures over the Accounts Payable Department. The Manager of Accounts Payable has 11-15 direct reports and reports to the Assistant Treasurer. Principal activities include but are not limited to serving as liaison between the accounts payable function and other accounting departments and information systems. Must have ability to restructure the department, implement and make SOX 404 (Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002) compliant.

Successful candidates for this position should have a BS or BA in Accounting with at least 5 years of supervisory/management experience in the Accounting or Accounts Payable field. Individuals must be familiar with automated financial accounting systems (Oracle) along with having strong GAAP skills and Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel), experience with EFT/ACH (Electronic Funds Transfer / Automated Clearing House.)

Sr. Analyst
Salary to $75,000 for the right candidate
General accounting type role, requires at least 3 years experience. Will look at candidates directly out of public accounting. Would prefer some exposure to the manufacturing industry. Relocation in the future would provide more growth opportunities, but not stressed on this position so much.

Business Unit Finance Manager - Will pay to $85k + bonus potential (only about 5% or so). Looking for someone with a strong manufacturing cost and financial analysis background, as this position will support to the Business Unit Vice President and report to the VP of Business Analysis in Finance. There are no direct reports into the position (there will be 1 Analyst from the Supply Chain Group that will indirectly report into the BU Finance Manager), but this position is an important member of the BU Management team and will be expected to be active in strategic meetings and provide input from a financial perspective. Will work closely with Operations, R&D, sales/marketing, etc... Bachelors degree and at least 5 years experience is required, MBA is preferred....CMA, CPA would be a plus as well. This is a great position for someone who wants to impact the decision making process and the bottom line of a business.

Financial Analyst and a Sr. Financial Analyst positions. Outstanding company is looking for candidates with strong growth potential, and they have a preference for a MBA or CPA. Will consider candidates directly out of public accounting. If straight industry experience, would prefer manufacturing industry exposure, but would consider a strong candidate from other industries as well. These positions have an emphasis with marketing/sales analysis (i.e. commission analysis, sales analysis, etc...) but these positions are broad based accounting/finance roles with G/L close exposure, reporting exposure, etc... Also, the company is big on rotating candidates between the finance departments so candidates will have the opportunity to move into other finance departments within the company. Will pay in the $60k to high $78k salary range + bonus.

Finance Manager- Requiring a CPA or MBA, and looking for 5+ years of strong financial/accounting experience in a large company or Big 4 CPA Firm, and looking for candidates with strong advancement in their careers and strong leadership skills. Will probably pay to the $100k salary range + bonus (maybe higher on the salary)

Cost Analyst- Will in the $40k-$52k range Will require someone with experience in cost accounting (i.e. standard costing), inventory analysis, j/e's, reconciliations, etc.... The company is located north of Providence, in RI.

Sr. Cost Analyst
Salary to $85,000, if candidate is at the higher level, they might be able to get the position bonus eligible, which might be up to 7% range.
3+ years of manufacturing cost experience. Position may require relocation in the future for growth opportunities within the parent organization.

Sr. Internal Auditor (2)
Salary to $85,000 range
This individual will have knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards and procedures, including knowledge of accounting principles, computerized records and control systems.

These positions require equivalency to a bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business administration required; masters in business administration (MBA) preferred. Certification as a public accountant (CPA) or certified internal auditor (CIA) preferred.
A minimum of five years auditing experience, three years comparable to senior staff level required, preferably in internal audit environment, or experience equivalent to seven years of accounting or financial management experience at supervisory level.

The person in this position, under general supervision of the chief internal auditor will plan, direct and perform audits appraising compliance with established policies and procedures. He or she will prepare reports, related analyses and independently draft recommendations to assist management in improving internal controls. Will supervise less experienced auditors.

Senior Internal Auditor- At least 3 years of public accounting or internal audit experience. Looking for strong Sarbanes-Oxley experience. Will pay to the $75k range for a strong candidate. Little to no travel.

Audit Supervisor- With 4+ years of internal audit or public accounting experience. Person needs to have previous exposure to the Broker/Dealer or investment services industry. Will pay to high $80ks + bonus. Little to no travel required.

Sr. Tax Analyst (2)- Will pay to $75k, maybe $80k. Need at least 4 years of Corporate tax experience through a large CPA firm or a corporate tax department. Need FAS109, multi-state tax, etc... experience. One positions is more Tax Compliance (complete returns, etc...) and the other one might be more project focused with a heavy emphasis on someone with a strong Tax systems background.

Sr. International Tax - Will pay to $75k + bonus. Requires at least 3-4 years of large Company corporate tax experience, from public accounting or a large Corporate tax department. Also, requires at least 1+ year of international tax experience.
