- Perform accounts receivable, bad debt, and cash discount entries and analysis
- Perform cash reconciliations
- Prepare annual business plan and monthly forecast for areas of responsibility
- Perform other accounting and forecasting duties as needed

- BS/BA in Accounting, CPA strongly preferred
- Four to six years of accounting experience with background in public accounting, strongly preferred. Strong finance and accounting skills. Good working knowledge of financial accounting systems (PeopleSoft preferred) and Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel and Access. Ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, team-oriented and willing to take on new challenges.
- Prepare interim and annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 (FAS 109) and IAS 12.
- Reconcile global tax accounts and related analyses (income taxes payable, FIN 48, and deferred tax accounts).
- Identify and analyze changes in tax laws to determine impact to Company.
- Ensure tax rate changes are accurately reflected in Company's tax accounting (e.g., changes to deferred items).
- Review the local countries quarterly and annual tax reporting used in the preparation of the US GAAP and IFRS global income tax provision.
- Assist with the preparation of the consolidated tax footnote and other tax disclosures.
- Actively participate as a member of team responsible for implementing and/or utilizing tax technology software solutions for accounting for income taxes, income tax compliance, and other tax functions.
- Assist with the financial audit by external auditors.
- Proactively identify process improvements, implement changes and ensure best practices. Support companywide ERP implementation.
- Perform research and assist with special projects, as needed.
