The Global Controller role is critically important as that leader owns safeguarding RIS assets, maintaining all accounting records, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing the global RIS controllership program and acting as the technical accounting expert across an extremely complex environment consisting of 60+ locations and spanning multiple product lines. This leader will report directly to the RIS VP, Finance, with dotted reporting line to the company VP/Controller.
Global FP&A Director (MA)
Salary $150,000 to $190,000 (Commensurate with experience. May flex up for the right candidate), plus bonus
Provide key strategic, business and financial leadership to Retail Information Services (RIS) FP&A Team. Act as business partner to senior leadership in the Group. Drive continuous control improvements and indentify and leverage best practices across the business. Develope and retain key talent in the FP&A organization consisting of 1 FP&A Manager, 2 financial/reporting analysts, and 1 accounting clerk. Act as a change agent within FP&A encouraging an environment consistent with Accountability, Collaboration and Trust while fostering team work and execution.
Cost Analyst (RI)
Salary up to $60,000. The candidates must be willing to relocate within a few years or so for growth opportunity. Must have 1-3 years of experience either in a financial analysis/cost role or will even consider a public accounting background.
