Accounts Payable Manager

Location: Attleboro, MA market

Salary: up to $80K (commensurate with experience) + bonus ((10%)

The Manager of Accounts Payable serves as the financial control point person for accounting transactions. Specific areas of responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening of financial controls and procedures over the Accounts Payable Department. The Manager of Accounts Payable has 12 direct reports. Principal activities include but are not limited to serving as liaison between the accounts payable function and other accounting departments.


Successful candidates for this position should have a BS or BA in Accounting with at least 5 years of supervisory/management experience in the Accounting or Accounts Payable field. Individuals must be familiar with automated financial accounting systems (JD Edwards) along with having strong GAAP skills and Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)

Payroll Supervisor

Location: Southern MA

Salary: up to $75K (Commensurate with experience) plus bonus

Oversee day to day operations of Payroll group. Supervise multiple pay cycle processing of 2,500 multi-state, hourly, non exempt and salaried employees using ADP PCPW while insuring compliance with all federal state and local regulations. Manage day to day payroll operation including: Process monthly payrolls; ensure accurate, up to date computations of withholding/deductions and timely payments for all payrolls. Manage audits of pre-tax related deductions and 401 (k) plan and EDP plans. Coordinate year end processing. Manage ADP data integrity periodic audits. Determine appropriate use of resources to meet goals and schedules. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act, internal pay policies and procedures and applicable government regulations including processes and documentation. Mentor, train, develop and evaluate payroll staff. Maintain knowledge and expertise on new or proposed legislation and regulations and advise management of impact. Administer e-TIME system and user training. Manage system upgrades and update user information.

Successful candidates for this position should have a BS or BA in Accounting with at least 7 years progressive payroll experience - 3 years supervisory. Extensive experience with ADP including working knowledge of Reportsmith and eTime. Certified Payroll Professional designation (CPP) preferred.

Recruiting Manager

Location: MD

Our client is searching for a Recruiting Manager to oversee the recruiting efforts for the Operations department. This company has 30+ locations, 50% travel will be required. They are a division of a much larger and growing company. Salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus, perks and a great benefit package.

Successful candidates for this position should have a BA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. 5-7 years of related Recruiting, HR experience. Knowledge of HR functions including OD/change management, ability to effectively influence managers, employment legal practices/policies, and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. High volume recruiting management experience required

Location: Providence, RI area
Salary:
Will pay in the $60k-$70k salary range + bonus (to 10%)

Position reports to the Director of Internal Audit in a small audit department. No travel Requires at least 3 years of internal audit experience. Very stable company that offers a great quality of life environment.
