Staff Accountant - will pay to $65k.
Looking for 2-5 years of accounting experience with a preference for someone out of public accounting with SEC reporting exposure. This role will work in their financial reporting group and will get SEC reporting experience. SEC experience in not a requirement rather a preference.
Staff Accountant - will pay to $50-$60k range.
Will report to the Controller. similar responsibilities as Sr. Accountant. Prefer 3+ years experience. Public accounting experience preferred, but not required.
Sr. Accountant - will pay to $60-$70k range.
Looking for 3-5 years experience, preferably a CPA with public or public/private mix.....Will report to the Financial Controller. Responsible for G/L close, reconciliations, financial reporting, etc.... Might be higher to $70k range.
Sales/Use Tax Accountant - Will pay $60-$75k.
The position is responsible for assisting with the day to day activities of Acushnet Company’s sales/use tax compliance in a multi-state manufacturing environment. This includes ensuring compliance with sales and use tax laws, managing the preparation of sales and use tax returns for all jurisdictions, providing information to and resolving disputes with auditors from taxing jurisdictions. Filing of all state sales/use tax returns; including return preparation, wire and check request creation, certified mail maintenance. Assist with state sales/use tax audits. Research and develop responses to audit issues as assigned. Analyze and import monthly tax files for all divisions into the Vertex application. Review the reconciliation of sales/use tax general ledger accounts. This includes assisting Manager with the detailed a/p review.
Two to three years of tax experience in a big four accounting firm or a large corporate tax department. Proficient in spreadsheets, word-processing and financial and tax oriented programs. The position requires good organizational skills. Experience with Vertex preferred but not required
Plant Controller- Will pay to $83,000. May flex based on experience.
Responsible for planning and managing all day-to-day financial activities, budgets and forecasts, operating performance analysis, capital expenditure planning and review, product cost analysis, and internal financial reporting. Develops, directs and controls the accounting function including financial planning/analysis, cost accounting, and establishment of internal controls. MBA or CPA preferred, not required. Minimum of 7-10 years progressive experience in general accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis and controll's. Experience with MRP II and World Class Manufacturing concepts - QAD knowledge a plus.
Director of Accounting - will pay to $100k range + bonus (15-20%)
Reports to the VP of Finance and will be a hands-on role supervise 3 and managing the G/L close, financial reporting, AP, etc..... Looking for someone who has a strong accounting management background with a large manufacturing company ($100M+) with multiple entity environment and someone with international accounting exposure.
Sr. Tax Acct - Will pay in the $65k-$85k salary range + bonus potential.
Looking for 3+ years of corporate tax experience, with multi-state and consolidated federal tax compliance; FAS109 experience preferred; sales/use tax preferred. Public Accounting or large corporate tax department experience required.
Financial Reporting Supervisor - Will pay in the $80k-$100k salary range.
Will report to the Corporate Controller and will be responsible for the G/L close for corporate headquarters; Financial Reporting/Consolidations for all worldwide operations; GAAP; assist the Financial Reporting Supervisor - External with SEC reporting. CPA preferred, as is SEC experience preferred but not required. Previous Manufacturing industry exposure is also preferred.
Assistant Cost Manager- Will pay to $75k salary range + bonus.
Looking for some supervisory experience and strong manufacturing cost background.
Staff Auditor - will pay to $55k + bonus (10%).
Looking for 2-4 years of audit...either public or internal audit. Approx. 20% travel.

This position has less than 15% travel. Looking for 1-3 years of internal audit or public accounting experience. Great quality of life company. Located in the Johnston, RI area.
Tax Manager- will pay to $90k + bonus (10%).
Requires at least 5+ years of corporate tax, including FAS109, multi-state and consolidated federal. Will look at a strong candidate out of regional CPA firm who might not have FAS109, at a lighter salary range.
