Manager, Financial Accounting position Southern MA. Position reports to the Assistant Corporate Controller and will provide someone with exposure to SEC reporting, Technical Accounting, M&A, Divisional accounting, etc…. Great exposure in this role. Will pay in the $100k - $125k salary range + bonus. Outstanding company.

Manager, Business Development and Analysis – Pay to $140k salary + bonus. Requires at least 8 years of financial planning and analysis within a multi-plant manufacturing company that has international operations, with strong preference for Asia operations. Requires at least 2-3 years of M&A analysis exposure.

Manager, Financial Systems – pay in the $100k-$120k salary range + bonus. Little travel, Approx. 5-10% travel. Looking for Hyperion systems background.

Corporate Planning Manager- looking for someone who has been in a Manager role in Corporate Planning (FP&A) with a large company (preferably manufacturing or technology). This position will work on financial presentations to the Board of Directors; Budgeting/Forecasting, etc……. Will pay to $125k + bonus. Brand new role. The person currently in this position has accepted a role with the company internationally.

Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, salary up to the low $80k's, plus bonus.

Responsible for conducting financial analyses related to the operations and profitability of the company, such as, financial and expense performance analysis, working capital and investment analysis. In this position you will also be responsible for the development of monthly forecasts, annual budgets and reports for presentation to management as well as assisting in the strategic planning by preparing special analyses for senior management.

Requirements: *Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 5+ years financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience; IRR/NPV financial modeling experience is a must; At least 3 years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment or related industry; Knowledge of GAAP, principles of internal control and financial statement preparation; Must have prior experience in lease vs. buy, financial, and capital acquisition analysis; Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills; Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Assistant Cost Control Manager, salary up to $65,000

Financial Analyst: Up to $65,000. Southern, MA near RI.
Responsible for financial analysis and forecasting of global business. Track financial performance including unit cost, cost reduction, variance analysis, etc. Comply with corporate policy, accounting, standards, and legal requirements. Participate in monthly close and quarterly/annual planning processes. Prepare financial information to evaluate business performance and support business decisions. Access, understand and analyze product bills of material.

Accounting Supervisor, RI. BPCS systems experience is preferred. Salary up to $70K
Staff Accountant, RI. Salary up to $50K

Sr. Accountant, CPA is required. 4+ years accounting experience, either directly out of public accounting of public/private mix. Will pay in the $70k-$80k range + bonus potential (up to 10%)

Sr. Analyst, Budget & Analysis, CPA preferred, Base salary $65-$85K (up to 10% Bonus)

Sr. Tax Accountant, Consolidations, federal tax compliance, C Corp. Big company experience. Base salary $65-$85K

Credit Manager – International – Spanish or Portuguese required. 5+ years of credit related experience. Will pay to $75k + 15% targeted bonus range.

Sr. Credit Analyst- International – Spanish is required. 3 years of accounting/financial analysis experience is required. Specific credit experience is not required if they have strong financial statement analysis experience. Will pay to $65k + 10% targeted bonus.

Internal Auditor – Requires 2-3 years of public accounting or internal audit experience. Will pay in the $50k-$60k salary range + bonus. Approx. 20% travel.

Tax Accountant – Staff level – at least 1 year of corporate tax experience _ $45k-$55k + 10% targeted bonus.

Sr. Internal Auditor, CT just over the eastern RI/CT line, Will pay to $70k…approx. 20% travel. Looking for at least 3 years of audit experience…internal or public accounting experience

Tax Manager, position will be responsible for domestic tax compliance and planning; international tax compliance and planning for companies in Brazil, Mexico….the position will have a couple tax people reporting into it, and it will report to the VP, Corporate Controller in France. This Position has a counterpart who is the European Tax Manager and I believe that person is also based in France.

**Looking for at least 7 years of corporate tax experience, preferably with a large multinational company. CPA and/or MST is preferred. Will look at candidates directly out of public accounting who have experience working with large, multinational companies. (FAS109, Consolidated C Corp, Multi-State) compliance and Tax Consulting (Tax reorganizations, Tax Accounting, etc…) and preferably both Domestic and International Tax experience. **Will pay in the $100k-$130k salary range + bonus (target to 20%, but potential to 40%).
