Regional Controller: (New England)
Salary to $100,000
This position reports to the CFO. Working with the general managers, property accountants, regional sales and operations staffs, the Regional Controller oversees multiple locations month and year end closings and the financial function in general at the locations, while providing leadership to his/her team, including property accountant and accounts payable. In addition, he/she will assist CFO in the overall management of the finance and other accounting areas when requested.
Accounting Manager: (Southern MA)
Salary up to $79,000
The Accounting Manager is the point person in the month-end and year-end close in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The Accounting Manager is responsible for preparing and posting general ledger activity and adjusting journal entries including the review of subordinates and other department general ledger submissions; Reconciling and review of subsidiary detail to general ledger balances, including balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations and roll-forwards; Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheet income statement and statement of cash flows; Prepare and review financial Flash reports on a monthly basis coordinated with the close process. Will manage a staff of two; Sn Staff Accountant and a Book Keeper. This position requires a BS degree in Accounting, CPA required, supervisory experience with demonstrated experience developing accounting staff, and a keen understanding of Financial and Accounting processes, including GAAP compliance.
Lead Financial Analyst: (Southern MA)
Salary to $80,000 (flexible)
Looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join a growing team. Concentration on new products, planning, analysis and reporting results to management; generating monthly financial statements and variance analysis; interacting with regional partners, central FP&A and accounting staff on cost and financial concerns; and analyzing new and existing business opportunities. This Premier company requires a the following: BS in accounting/finance or economics, MBA preferred, 5+ years relevant experience, proficiency with excel and financial modeling, SAP and Hyperion Essbase a plus. Excellent leadership / Supervisory skills are a plus. This position will escalate to a manager role for the right performer.
Treasury Manager: (Southern MA)
Salary up to $90,000's
This position will develop, recommend and administer risk management and loss prevention programs to ensure maximum protection of the organization’s assets, and renewal of insurance coverage with carriers and brokers. Management functions will involve bank relations, cash management, general treasury, forecasting, currency hedging and department expense analysis. This position has supervisory responsibility for treasury staff. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is required along with 8+years of experience in general treasury and risk management, with three or more years in a supervisory capacity; strong negotiation, relationship management and leadership skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, SAP and Hyperion.
Senior Staff Accountant: (Southern MA)
Salary 49,000 to 55,000
Assist in preparation of month-end financial close in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Responsible for preparing and posting general ledger activity and adjusting journal entries. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows.
Job Requirements: B.S. in Accounting and 3+ years experience; Keen understanding of Financial and Accounting processes, including GAAP compliance; Must be proficient with Excel and have working knowledge of accounting General Ledger software; CPA desired but not required.
Staff Accountant:(RI)
Will pay to $40,000
Looking for 2-3 years related experience in general accounting, to include G/L month close, reconciliations, assisting in the budgeting process, etc….
Director of Financial Planning and Analysis: (Boston, MA)
Salary $100,000 to $120,000
This position will provide financial reporting and analysis to senior management, with the objectives of optimizing the current operations of the business and ultimately maximizing potential furture value of the Enterprise. Coordinate strategic planning process resulting in the five-year financial plan. Coordinate annual budgeting process. Perform analysis to assess risk management and growth potential of the business. Prepare daily P&L and CAPEX forecasts. Must have strong financial modeling, seven years related experience, CPA required, MBA preferred, experience in a commodity industry or petroleum required.
Auditor:(RI)
Salary in the mid to upper fifty thousand range (will flex)
Candidate must have two plus years of audit experience. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. Advance degree is a plus. Professional Certification (CPA, CIA, CISA) Preferred. To perform financial, operational, assurance and special project audits, testing controls and looking for efficiencies. Minimal travel. Outstanding company.
Inventory Accounting Supervisor: (RI)
Salary in the $65,000 range.
Looking for atleast 4 years of cost/inventory accounting experience. Previous supervisory experience is required.
Team Leader – External Reporting: (RI)
Base Salary in the $65k-$80k range, depending upon experience.
Looking for atleast 3 years of public accounting experience or financial reporting experience from a publicly traded company - any industry. SEC reporting experience is required.
Sr. Accountant:(RI)
Will pay to $75k.
3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for FAS133 (derivatives accounting) experience. Will find someone out of insurance/financial services/utility/Very Large Companies-any industry, with the FAS133 experience...typically treasury accountants will have this experience. Also someone directly out of a large public accounting firm will have this experience.
Senior Auditor:(RI)
Will pay to $65,000 (may flex)
Travel to 45%. Will consider someone directly out of public accounting or internal audit. Will also consider someone who has been in a manufacturing cost or financial analyst type role who has strong presentation.
Internal Auditor: (CT/RI line)
Salary to 65K + bonus
Travel up to 40%. Will consider someone with 1-3 years experience in public accounting or internal audit. Recent MBA’s who have strong potential would also be considered.
Internal Controls Manager: (MA)
Will pay to $100k salary range (no bonus)
Reports to the VP of Finance of the division. Position only has 20% travel and will be responsible for SOX compliance and internal controls for the division. Looking for someone out of CPA firm or Internal Audit role with SOX experience, and at least 6 years experience.
Staff Accountant: (RI)
Will pay to $47k + bonus potential
At least 2 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Director of External Reporting: (RI)
Will pay in the $110k-$125k salary range + bonus
Newly created role that reports to the CFO. Must have atleast 5 years of SEC reporting experience. Will consider someone directly out of a Big 4 firm with hands-on SEC experience (someone at Manager level or higher).
